A little bit of ladybug lore:
English country folk believe that the number of spots on a ladybug are important,
because if you count the spots on a ladybug which has landed on you,
each spot stands for a happy month to come.
Mikala was looking for a logo with clean lines and bold graphics. To flow with the name, she also wanted to use a ladybug in the design somewhere. Here is the design that she went with.
